• Product 1: BONUS FULL BATH: THE Sanibest Pro is a 1 HP pump system used to install a complete bathroom up to 25 feet below the sewer line, or even up to 150 feet away from a soil stack. For residential and commercial use.
• Product 1: DUAL PURPOSE: The Sanibest will also discharge gray water from any sink, bath/shower, urinal and even a washing machine (indirect connection). The wastewater will drain into the system with built-in check valves on either side of the housing.
• Product 1: MAKES MAINTENANCE A BREEZE: The Sanibest Pro has an easy access service panel is located on top of the pump, allowing for easy access to the electrical components such as the capacitor, microswitch, electronic board & membrane for easy maintenance.

• Product 2: ALWAYS ALERT: The Sanialarm notifies users when the water level inside the pump is higher than desired while also preventing inappropriate use. The alarm also required 2 AA batteries (not included).
• Product 2: ALARM NOTIFICATION: The level pressure switch triggers the alarm to emit a continuous noise until the issue is addressed. The alarm can be switched off manually or naturally when the water level decreases to the desired level.
• Product 2: COMPATIBLE MODELS: The Sanialarm is compatible with Saniplus, Sanibest, Sanigrind, Sanipack and Sanivite but unfortunately not compatible with SaniAccess 3 or Saniaccess 2 models.
• Product 2: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The alarm required 2 AA batteries to operate and minimal installation is also required.
